לכבוד שבוע הנראות הלסבית העולמי שחל בין התאריכים ה-24.4 עד ה- 30.4, בחרו המגזין העולמי DIVA יחד עם קואליציית ארגוני הנשים הגאות בישראל, חברת A Tech, בשיתוף עם וודג׳, לראות ולהראות אתכן, אותנו – הנשים הלסביות והגאות שנמצאות בכל מקום ומובילות בתחומן.
אקטיביסטיות, נשות תקשורת, מדעניות, נשות עסקים, טכנולוגיה, שחקניות, אמניות; נשים מכל קצוות הקשת אותן תשמחו לראות מקבלות את הבמה וההוקרה. שבוע הנראות הלסבית זאת הזדמנות טובה לחגוג את המגוון והעוצמה של הקהילה הלסבית, והלהטבק”ית הנשית בישראל.
“הפרויקט נבנה בשיתוף ובהשראת הפרויקט של DIVA בהתאמה לקהל הישראלי”, מסבירות חברות עמותת חדר משלנו, “בישראל יש מוסכמה שכשמוסיפים כוכבית ליד המילה – הפניה היא למטרייה. כך למשל – נשים* זו פניה לכל מטריית הנשים. פה לראשונה השתמשנו בלסבית* כדי לפנות לכל מטריית הנשים על הרצף הלסבי. יש לכולנו הזדמנות לקחת חלק, ולהעמיד מסורת חדשה שמטרתה לחזק את נשות הקהילה הגאה. אנחנו מזמינות אתכן להגיש את המועמדות שלכן, וכן, אתן יכולות גם להגיש את עצמכן. כל השמות יתקבלו ויועברו לוועדה מסדרת ולפאנל שיפוט, כך שבסוף התהליך נפרסם את רשימת הנשים הגאות ותומכות הקהילה הלהט”בית, שנקבע שהינן המשפיעות ביותר בישראל, ומושא לגאווה גדולה עבור כולנו”.
בלינק המצורף תוכלו להציע את הנשים שאתן רוצות לראות בפרונט. רשימת המועמדות הנבחרות תפורסם בסיום השבוע, והזוכות יוכרזו באירוע המסכם, בתאריך ה-17 למאי, 2023.

קבוצת דיווה העולמית פועלת בשיתוף פעולה עם קהילות של נשים גאות ברחבי העולם כדי לציין את שבוע הנראות הלסבית. השנה עמותת חדר משלנו הרימה את הכפפה כדי להוציא את שבוע הנראות הלסבית לפועל גם בישראל, יחד עם DIVA, חברת אנסטסיה טכנולוגיות וקואליציית ארגוני הנשים הגאות – בת קול וטרנסיות ישראל.
מגזין דיווה וקבוצת DIVA מדיה גרופ, הן הפלטפורמה המובילה לנראות לסבית, תוכן להטבק”י נשי, ומדיה לסבית באירופה. בהובלתה של לינדה ריילי, הוגת רעיון שבוע הנראות והפאבלישרית והבעלים של דיווה, מתקיימים אירועי גאווה ונחגג שבוע הנראות הלסבית בבריטניה ובארה”ב. ישראל היא השלישית שמצטרפת ליוזמה.
חדר משלנו היא עמותה לקידום נשים* גאות בקהילת הלהט”ב ובשדה החברתי-פוליטי בישראל. העמותה פועלת מתוך תפיסה פמיניסטית ומקדמת שוויון מגדרי מלא – בפן החברתי, הכלכלי, התרבותי והפוליטי. נשים הן מובילות, ומהוות 51% מהאוכלוסיה, ועם זאת עדיין שקופות לרבות בתוך הקהילה הגאה. העמותה קמה בכדי לתת לנשים* הגאות את הבמה שמגיעה להן – לנו.
העמותה מובלת ע”י נשים מרשימות ומובילות, אקטיביסטיות ופעילות למען זכויות נשים, להט”בק וכיו”ב – רעות נגר ,נעה גולני, ורד דוידוויץ’ ואנסטסיה רסקין.
חברת A Tech, אשר בראש מעניינה לקדם אימפקט, ובין היתר נראות לסבית ונוכחות נשים בעולמות הטכנולוגיים, האינוביישן והסטרטאפ בישראל ובעולם, פועלת ומשקיעה את האמצעים הנדרשים במטרה להפיק את המקבילה לשבוע הנראות הלסבי הבריטי, להציע תכנים, ולהפעיל את כל כלי ה-IT הנדרשים למען שבוע הנראות הלסבי הקווירי הישראלי, ומהווה את החיבור בין הקהילה הלטבק”ית הישראלית עם קבוצת דיווה והקהילה האירופית והעולמית.
טרנסיות ישראל היא עמותה לקידום והעצמת הקהילה הטרנסית בישראל. העמותה הקימה את הבית הטרנסי בדרום תל אביב ומפעילה תוכניות לשיקום נשים טרנסיות מאוכלוסיות קצה, העצמה כלכלית, סיוע פרטני וליווי אישי לנשים טרנסיות. בזירה הפוליטית, העמותה פועלת לקידום מדיניות וייצוג נשים טרנסיות בכל פלטפורמה ציבורית.
בת קול – עמותת בת קול הנה בית, קהילה ומקום תומך עבור נשים לטבקיות דתיות וחרדיות. בבת קול קיימות קבוצות תמיכה, הקבוצות טיפוליות, קבוצות חברתיות ושלל פעילויות סביב לוח השנה אשר מספקות מקום מאפשר ומכיל עבור נשים לטבקיות מרקע דתי. בנוסף, בת קול פועלת גם בערוץ הציבורי רבות, לשם הכלה וסובלנות במגזר הדתי והחרדי, כלפי הקהילה הגאה.
International Lesbian* Visibility Week – Queer women at the front
A joint project pioneered by the international ‘DIVA’ media group, ‘A Tech’ (Anastasia technologies) group and ‘Room Of Our Own’ association in collaboration with ‘Transiot Israel’ and ‘Bat Kol’ organizations invites you to choose the most influential Lesbians* in Israel | “We all have an opportunity to take part in establishing a new tradition aimed at strengthening the women of the LGBTQ+ community”
In honor of Global Lesbian* Visibility Week which takes place between April 24th and April 30th, the international DIVA magazine and Diva media group, along with the Coalition of Proud Women’s Organizations in Israel, A Tech company, in collaboration with WDG, have chosen to see and be seen, create visibility for lesbians* and proud women across the board who lead and pave ways in their respective fields;
Activists, media women, scientists, business and technology women, actresses, artists; Women who are from everywhere, in everything, and whom you will be happy to see receive the space, the visibility and the recognition. Lesbian Visibility Week is a good opportunity to celebrate the diversity and power of the lesbian community, and the LGBTQ+ community in Israel.
“The project was built in collaboration with and inspired by the DIVA project in accordance with the Israeli audience,” explain the members of Room Of Our Own association, “In Israel there is a convention that when you add an asterisk next to the word – the reference is to an umbrella. For example – women* is a face to the entire umbrella of women. Here for the first time we used lesbian* to appeal to all women on the lesbian continuum. (Thanks to Avishag Tabib for the idea).
We all have an opportunity to take part, and establish a new tradition aimed at strengthening the women of our community. We invite you to submit your nominations, and yes, you can also nominate yourself. All of the names are to be accepted and forwarded to a ranking committee and a judging panel, so that by the end of the process we will publish the list of proud Lesbians* and supporters of the LGBTQIA community, who shall proudly hold our mark and represent us by being the most influential in Israel, and a source of great pride to us all.”

The Global Diva Group is partnering with communities of proud women around the world to mark Lesbian Visibility Week. It has even been noted and talked about at the white house. This year, we took up the gauntlet to implement the Lesbian* Visibility Week in Israel as well, taking Diva’s initiative and with their support, ‘Room Of Our Own’ association together with Anastasia Technologies and the coalition of Proud Women’s Organizations – ‘Bat Kol’ and ‘Transyot Israel’ are pioneering the celebrations of the week, and Lesbians* across the board, here in Israel.
Diva Magazine and DIVA Media Group are the leading platform for lesbian* visibility, content for lesbians*, and lesbian* media in Europe. Under the leadership of Linda Riley, who came up with and pioneered the idea of a Visibility Week and who is the publicist and owner of Diva, and who holds pride events to empower the community for years and now is the reason that Lesbian Visibility Week is celebrated in the UK and the US. Israel is the third country to join the initiative, and we thank Linda for making us a part of this proud, empowering tradition.
Room Of Our Own is an association for the promotion of proud women* in the LGBTQ+ community and in the socio-political field in Israel. The association operates from a feminist perspective and promotes full gender equality – in the social, economic, cultural and political aspects. Women are leaders, making up 51% of the population, yet still transparent to many within the LGBTQ+ community. The association was established to give queer women* the stage they deserve.
The association is led by impressive and leading women, activists and active for women’s rights, LGBTQ rights, etc. – Reut Nagar, Noa Golani, Vered Davidovich and Anastasia Raskin.
The A Tech organization holds maximum impact as one of its main purposes, and Lesbian visibility, along with women’s presence in the technological, innovation and startup worlds in Israel and around the world is one of the key goals within that. A Tech works and invests the means in order to produce the equivalent of the British Lesbian Visibility Week here, to offer content, and to activate and uphold all the necessary IT tools for The Israeli Lesbian* visibility week to stand tall and be a successful, long lasting tradition moving forward.
A Tech’s CTO, also being the connection between the Israeli lesbian community, ‘Diva’ group and the European and global community, is proud to have made that link, and hopes that the connection lasts long and serves toward a productive international future that makes us strong and visible.
Transyot Israel is an association for the promotion and empowerment of the trans community in Israel. The association established the trans house in south Tel Aviv and operates programs for the rehabilitation of trans women from marginalized populations, economic empowerment, individual assistance and personal accompaniment for trans women. In the political arena, the association works to promote policies and represent trans women on every public platform.
Bat Kol – The Bat Kol Association is a home, a community and a supportive place for religious and ultra-Orthodox women. In Bat Kol there are support groups, therapeutic groups, social groups and a variety of activities around the calendar that provide an enabling and inclusive place for queer women* from a religious background. In addition, Bat Kol also works on the public channel a lot, for the sake of inclusion and tolerance in the religious and ultra-Orthodox sector, towards the gay community.
